Cancellations:

Cancellations and refunds will be considered only if the request is made within 6 hours of placing an order. All our products are training related. Once our product are accessed, many a time training can be completed in 6 hours or less. So we request to claim refund or cancel the order within 6 hours of purchase.
No cancellations are entertained for the orders of the products placed on special discounts/offers on occasions like New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Independence Day, etc.
These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be strictly governed by the Company Refund Policy

Return and Refund:

There are no products on our site that are exchangeable.
Once the item is downloaded or accessed and held for 6 hours and above, no return of the product is possible.
To be eligible for a return, the item should have proof of purchase or invoice
If the refund is approved after inspection, you will receive the refund within 15 working days
